**Human Resources Advisor**
We are seeking a HR Advisor to play a vital role in providing comprehensive support and advice to our staff, bank cover workers, volunteers and interns.
**About the role**:
As HR Advisor, you will be working for a people-led organisation whose mission is ‘combating homelessness, creating opportunities, promoting change.’
You will provide a proactive and dedicated service to line managers at all levels, providing expert advice and coaching on a range of operational HR issues across the employee lifecycle. Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and relevant employment legislation.

You will also be required to help line managers develop their skills to enable them to effectively manager their teams. The HR Advisor will drive and deliver excellence by contributing to the HR service, employee engagement and delivery of organisational objectives.
**About you**:
To be successful in the role of HR Advisor you will need to have great communication skills and be committed to the values of the organisation. Ideally you will have skills and experience in at least two of the following areas:

- Experience of providing advice on people management matters including absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Experience of advising and guiding managers
- Experience of leading on monthly payroll
- Experience of managing a caseload and providing timely advice
- Experience of managing the recruitment function
