**EMEA North Business Technology Platform (BTP) Services **a regional team under **EMEA North** organization. It is chartered to run Services Business of BTP - specifically around Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Clean Core, iPRA, Conversational AI, ML, BlockChain, Workflow, Analytics - and enabling differentiators by helping customers innovate on Business Technology Platform and link Cloud and OnPremise solutions as well as interconnecting Cloud with Cloud.
It is focused on SAP’ strategic **Business Technology Platform (BTP) **and work closely with various LoBs/Local MU’s/Sales/Pre-Sales Units in EMEA North to enable and support Services Sales and help with the delivery of Clean Core, Integration, Extension, Innovation & Analytics topics using BTP.
Currently, we are working on a conscious and strategic move to expand the Services Sales Support & Cloud Success Services (CSS) Delivery capability breadth of this team to support business requirements of EMEA North region. We are looking for a **Team Co-ordinator & Creative Assitant **who will be responsible for supporting team from co-ordination prospective but also work as a creative assistant.
**What you'll do**
- Creating very high quality presentations and Videos using various Tools
- Supporting creation of various internal collaterals for e,g. JAM Pages of Team, various templates, etc.
- Managing Calendars of the Unit Head, Line Manager & the Team
- Organizing/Setting-up calls/Meetings with the stakeholders
- Creating Minutes of Meeting and setting up follow-up action items
- Planning and organizing Team Events and Team Meetings
- Supporting Teams with various Administrative Tasks like training completion follow-up, etc.
- Working with Organization Head and the Line Manager to plan capacity and forecast Utilization of Team
- Supporting Resource Management and planning Individual Capacity along with each resource
- Maintaining, Creating, Following up list of various Resource Requests and proposing various resources from the team for the open resource requests
- Basic understanding the SAP and related solution & technologies would be helpful.
**What you bring**
- Must have very good skills on MS Office Tools and MS Team
- Must have 3-5+ years of experience on creating videos & creative presentations
- Must have 3-5+ experience on assisting Senior Managers/ VPs or the related level
- Must have co-ordination skills and ability to work in multicultural teams
- Must have ability to comprehend resource crunch situation and ability work on resolution
- Good written/verbal communication skills and a Very good team player
- Excellent Verbal and written knowledge on English
**Location**
- SAP UK, Scalpel Office, London
- 5 Days/Week
- At least 3 Days/week onsite
