**Lead Coordintaor**

**The role**:
As one of our Lead Coordinator’s, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality client leads and appointments are booked with our team.

These are new positions created due to the strong growth of the business and this is a great opportunity to join a fast growing, ambitious company and contribute to our long-term success.

**Your duties will include**:

- The first point of contact for company client leads to be taken
- Taking of inbound and outbound lead calls and booking clients in for appointments in a timely manner
- Oversee and manage the online lead booking system and produce important management data on lead sources and volumes
- Effective initial screening of enquiries to help identify good quality leads to be booked in
- Researching cases where required using specialist mortgage research tools to understand if leads are proceedable prior to booking
- Be responsible for driving improvements in lead booking conversions
- Effective coordinating of Adviser diaries to ensure appointments targets are achieved
- Delivering a five-star service to all external and internal clients
