**The Company**
Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a global high volume manufacturer in the recruitment of a HSE Coordinator. The HSE Coordinator will take a lead role in managing and developing HSE across the organisation's Sunderland based manufacturing facility.
**The Role**:

- Responsible for driving and implementing the company HSE strategy.
- To maintain and develop the safety management systems currently in place at the current site.
- Provide HSE visibility at all levels: motivating staff to participate in HSE activities while providing support to departments and providing regular updates to the Senior Management team.
- Liaise with external bodies on all relevant HSE matters.
- NEBOSH General Certificate at a minimum
- Experience in a dedicated HSE role within a manufacturing environment
- Track record of successfully managing and developing management systems (ideally ISO9001 and ISO14001)
- Effective communicator able to influence across all levels of the business
