Part-Time Project Co-ordinator (Property development)

Boldest Developments Limited | Sunderland Office-Based | 20 Hours per Week (Mon-Thurs)

Boldest Developments is looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support our growing property development team. This is a hands-on admin and project coordination role based in our Sunderland office. You’ll be working closely with the directors and wider team to keep things running smoothly across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day admin and PA support to the directors
- Track and coordinate projects from site leads through to completion
- Book viewings, manage contracts and assist with client onboarding
- Keep Trello boards, project trackers and key documents up to date
- Organise files, including build contracts, certificates and compliance documentation
- Communicate with agents, solicitors, contractors and clients as needed
- Support weekly payroll summaries and payslip generation
- Help prepare investment packs and progress updates using simple Canva templates

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in property admin, estate agency, conveyancing or a similar role
- Someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to learn systems like Trello, Google Sheets, Canva, QuickBooks, and BrightPay
- A genuine interest in property and how projects come together

Role details:

- 20 hours per week, split Monday to Thursday (5 hours per day)
- Office-based only
- Pay: National Living Wage + 50p per hour
- Immediate or near-immediate start preferred
