**Role**:Multi-Channel Marketing apprentice

**Location**:Church Stretton, SY6

**Salary**:£7.55 per hour

**Hours**:37.5, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General Marketing Support
- Provide administrative and project support across all marketing activities
- Carry out other duties as required to support the promotion of its brands
- Update CRM or similar

**Customer Marketing Relationships**
- Build and maintain relationships with customers' marketing teams
- Collaborate to improve the visibility across customers' digital and printed media
- Provide content and support for joint marketing initiatives

**Social Media**
- Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts across all platforms
- Monitor social media activity and suggest content ideas to increase engagement

**Photo Library Management**
- Maintain and update the photo library with pack shots and lifestyle images
- Ensure all images are organised, accessible, and meet brand standards

**Samples Management**
- Organise, check, and send product samples as requested by the sales team
- Ensure samples are prepared to a high standard and sent promptly

**POS & Display Materials**
- Support the creation, storage, and despatch of Point-of-Sale and display materials
- Ensure materials are well-stocked, organised, and delivered to customers as required

**Adverts**
- Assist with the creation of adverts for both print and digital media
- Maintain an up-to-date library of all advertising materials

**Trade Shows & Exhibitions**
- Assist with pre-show and post-show communications to customers and prospective customers
- Support the marketing team at trade shows and exhibitions, including attending events where required

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Enthusiastic with a keen interest in marketing and brand promotion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Willingness to learn and take on a wide variety of tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
