The postholder will work with the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Regional Clinical Lead. The role combines clinical leadership of the team with a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs (autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, SEMH). EHCP needs will be a primary focus, using OFG’s all/group/individual clinical approaches. The Lead Clinician will coordinate line management and drive service development of the school-based clinical service, alongside the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.Our clinical teams promote a person-centred, safeguarding-focused approach, ensuring pupils are heard, respected and involved in decisions affecting them.
