The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, US and Canada) and business functions. Operating as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders, the role plays a critical part in shaping workforce capability, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, and delivering against global growth objectives.This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with visibility across the organisation, requiring strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and deep recruitment expertise.Key Accountabilities / ResponsibilitiesAct as a global ambassador for the employer brand in all candidate and market interactionsDevelop and deliver attraction strategies for core skill areas and hard-to-fill rolesBuild proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and direct sourcingSupport early careers, diversity, and inclusion recruitment initiatives globallyDrive direct sourcing strategies and reduce agency dependency where possibleSupport EVP and employer branding initiativesStakeholder PartnershipBuild trusted relationships with Executive leadership, HRBPs, and hiring managersTranslate business strategy and workforce plans into effective recruitment deliveryProvide expert guidance on hiring strategies, market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and assessment methodsChallenge hiring decisions constructively to ensure quality and consistencyPartner with business leaders to forecast hiring demand and manage recruitment pipelinesEnd-to-End Recruitment DeliveryManage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and handover to the HR teams for onboardingDeliver full-cycle recruitment across corporate, technical, commercial, and leadership roles globallyLead direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhuntingConduct structured screening and interview processes to ensure high-quality assessmentManage offer process in line with reward and governance frameworksEnsure exceptional candidate experience across all touchpointsSupport onboarding and early engagement for new hiresRecruitment Operations & GovernanceEnsure recruitment activity is compliant with employment legislation and GDPR across all locationsMaintain clean, accurate data within the ATSManage agency relationships and ensure adherence to PSL and cost frameworksMonitor recruitment spend and deliver cost-efficient hiring solutionsManage agency performance, fees, and service deliveryEnsure compliance with recruitment policy, employment law, and data protectionPerformance & Continuous ImprovementTrack key recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hireContinuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experienceImplement best-practice sourcing, assessment, and selection methodologies globallyUse data and insight to influence hiring strategy and decision-makingContribute to global talent strategy and workforce planning activityOutputs/DeliverablesQualified talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill rolesSuccessful hires across all role types and seniority levels globallyRecruitment forecasts and pipeline reports aligned to workforce plansMarket intelligence reports on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activityCandidate experience feedback and satisfaction metricsRecruitment KPI dashboards and performance reporting for senior leadershipUpdated and accurate ATS data and candidate recordsAgency performance scorecards and cost analysisCompliant recruitment documentation and audit-ready recordsEmployer brand content and candidate engagement campaignsDiversity recruitment outcomes and early careers intakeProcess improvement recommendations and implementation plansOnboarding support documentation and new hire engagement materialsCore Values & CompetenciesMpac Core ValuesIntegrityDriveCollaborationExpertiseInnovationKnowledge and ExperienceProven experience as a Corporate Recruiter within a global or multi-site organisation.Strong experience hiring across multiple job families including commercial, technical, and leadership roles.Track record of partnering with senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder groups.Strong direct sourcing and market mapping capability.Experience managing high-volume and specialist recruitment simultaneously.Knowledge of global employment practices and recruitment compliance.Experience delivering recruitment in fast-paced, scaling, or transformation environmentsTechnical Skills and QualificationsStrong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.Skilled in competency-based interviewing and assessment methodologies.Strong knowledge of recruitment legislation, GDPR, and hiring governance.Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Strong data analysis and reporting capability.Microsoft suite experience including ExcelCommercial acumenReporting LineReports to: Global HR DirectorDirect Reports (if applicable): N/AWorking relationships with: Global HR teams, hiring managers SLT and ExCom #J-18808-Ljbffr
