Job Title: Wholesale Admin Assistant

**Salary**: Dependant on experience

Reports to: International Wholesale Manager

Location: Grosvenor Street in London, and home

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Within our International Wholesale division at Harper Dennis Hobbs, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious self-starter who’s looking to learn the fundamentals of retailing across the

UK and international markets.

Working as part of the wholesale team, the role is to provide admin support in managing an international brand portfolio within beauty, fashion and accessories across a wide range of retailers from UK high street, to airport and cruise stores.

As a key member of the team, you will provide effective and efficient administrative support, helping to ensure we work well with our brand partners and retail clients. Key responsibilities include managing and tracking invoices, scheduling deliveries, to coordinating samples with the brands, and occasionally travelling to trade shows and showrooms. You will need to have great attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and will have a keen interest in retail and travel.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing a range of administrative duties to support the Wholesale team
- Managing the invoice process, tracking and issuing correct invoices to clients
- Dealing with account queries and overseeing order status
- Managing all product samples and relevant photography for our partners
- Coordinating deliveries between brands and retailers
- Handling returns and credit queries
- Monitoring and updating internal trackers
- Requesting and sending of sales and stock reports
- Support with ‘New Product’ set up forms with product information, pricing and shipping terms
- Attend meetings with clients
- Attending trade shows/ travel when necessary

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-3 years of retail experience
- Commercial awareness
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proven ability to create and maintain great working relationships at all levels of the company
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met
- Good IT skills - especially Excel and PowerPoint to a high standard
- Enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a wider team

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
