Temporary Wholesale Admin – Fashion Brand (Paid Weekly) Are you looking to gain experience with a global fashion brand? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a temporary team member to support a dynamic Wholesale team during a busy sales period. This is a fast-paced, varied role working behind the scenes to support brand operations across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. The role start on the 5th of January and is to last for five weeks, therefore you need to be free to support for the entire booking. 📍 Location: London 🕒 Start: 5th of January 2026📆 Type: Temporary full-time role 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Support wholesale team with customer analysis and preparation ahead of seasonal sales campaigns. Manage the full order process including input, confirmation, and client follow-up. Assist with showroom setup and sample coordination. Provide analysis on product sales and identify re-order opportunities. Create product training materials and internal decks. Conduct market and competitor analysis to help drive growth. Track and report on seasonal trade performance. Liaise with internal departments (supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth partner service. Assist with client visits and travel planning for the sales team. Occasionally support selling the collection where needed. Carry out general ad hoc support tasks as required. ✅ You’ll Bring: A reliable, detail-oriented approach with excellent initiative. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Professionalism, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Strong analytical skills and confidence with data and presentations. Previous experience within a retail head office in wholesale or buying at admin level. Willingness to adapt, learn, and support a busy commercial team.
