About the Role:
This exciting position is to work for our Wholesale Operations Manager as the Apprentice Wholesale Admin Support, and is based in our Head Office at Kew Gardens, Richmond Surrey.

About you:

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Must have interpersonal skills, technical abilities and phone skills
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Preferably experience with ERP systems; cin7, Netsuite etc
- Drive and ambition to grow within the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can-do attitude
- Proactive
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- CRM and Systems experience is a bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping up to date records with retailer ranges including retailer sku codes and any exclusives
- Orderbook assistance - including processing orders, creating packing list per supplier specifications, booking and dispatching orders
- General customer stock enquiries
- Assisting with completing retailer templates
- Assisting with stock allocation
- Assisting with monthly collation and analysis of sell-thru figures from retailers and sales in data
- Assist with product certifications - making sure we have all the correct compliance certificates
- Liaising with warehouses in the UK and Europe to manage customer orders
- Product specifications
- Managing retailer B2B portals
- Keep track of marketing spend per retailer
- High level of customer service; regular communication with customers keeping them informed of deliveries
- Assisting with analysing sales trends, monitoring deliveries and maintaining stock levels. Helping to predict and plan.
