We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 from Monday 1st September 2025.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Teaching Assistant
- Has a secure understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
- Is caring, motivated, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
- Brings creativity and a forward-thinking approach to learning
- Is committed to inclusive practice, raising standards and supporting every child to thrive
- Works well as part of a team as well as being able to work on their own initiative and contributes positively to a strong school culture
- Embraces our Christian ethos and contributes to the wider life of the school and federation
- Demonstrates professionalism, flexibility and a reflective attitude in their practice
- Will be confident to cover a class when required

- DBS
- Medical clearance
- Verification of qualifications and National Insurance number.
- Two references including a judgement about suitability to work with children.
- A member of the interview panel will be trained in implementing Child Protection procedures.
- In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024, online search be carried out.
For teaching positions, barred list checks and prohibition from teaching checks will be carried out.
For leadership positions, section 128 checks will be performed.
