**Skills Required of the Account Manager**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management
- Excellent written communication skills and grammar
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Be passionate about customer service
- Exceptional relationship builder
- Strong IT skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Possess an innovative and proactive approach

**The Role of theAccount Manager**:
As an **Account Manager** you will be an integral part of the team. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be required to deliver exceptional levels of service, building relationships and maintaining effective communication with customers on all agreedactions to ensure that any issues are resolved to the highest level.

**The Key Responsibilities of theAccount Managerwill be**:

- Retain ownership of the customer service level agreement.
- Dynamic and proactive in your approach, you will analyse the likes of lost business/complaint management data and track and forecast customer metrics to predict trends.
- Thinking like a customer and acting as their voice internally, you will be the lead point of contact and will understand their existing needs and future requirements
