**The role**:
The Music Services Supervisor (Academic Liaison) fulfils a key role in supporting teaching and research at the Faculty of Music. The role holder is responsible for day-to-day operations at the music faculty library and for projects and activities around music focused academic liaison across Cambridge University Libraries and Archives.

**As Music Services Supervisor you will**:

- Deliver high quality user services.
- Develop and deliver teaching sessions on music information skills and resources.
- Ensure collections are discoverable and reading list materials are available.
- Liaise with the academic community to ensure all music information needs are met.
- Oversee day-to-day management.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of developing and delivering library services.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Digital literacy, such as an understanding of metadata requirements for music materials or the potential role of AI in providing music services.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a user facing environment.
