An exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Demonstrator has opened up. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who loves music, can generate results, while delivering an amazing retail experience. The role will involve communicating effectively, helping clients identify the right products or services, and supporting them with any after-care they require.
You will be given full training of all our sales and customer service processes, our systems, and products. Whoever is successful will gain great experience, not only of the music industry, but also transferable skills in communication, sales, customer service, and organisation.

**Part-time, Permanent, 22.5-25 Hours per week (3 or 4 days). Weekends not required (except for occasional holiday cover) but optional if preferred.**
Pay:
**£12 per hour plus Bonuses**
**Purpose of role**:
- To qualify enquiries in the showroom, online, and on the phone and provide the correct options to support our customer whilst delivering on our targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meeting and greeting clients and customers in person and on the phone. Qualifying their enquiries, building trust whilst guiding customers through our sales or customer service processes to a successful outcome.
- Understanding concepts around instrument manufacturing and articulating this effectively to customers.
- Conducting weekly call to target opportunities and customer check-ins
- Delivering industry-leading product demonstrations, adjusting them to suit customer requirements and/or overcome potential objections.
- Managing any after-sales enquiries, providing the highest levels of service at all stages and then encouraging excellent reviews and referrals
- Maintaining showroom standards including identifying instruments that require repair or maintenance and organising these to be attended to by ourselves or our partner technicians
- Feeding back on issues and opportunities for constant development and improvement.
- Supporting marketing events and other in store activities
- Ensuring all company procedures and policies are followed in a timely manner
**Education & Qualification**:
- Educated to A-level or equivalent by experience
**Knowledge & Experience**:
Essential
- Enthusiasm for and passions for music
- Piano or String player (Violin, Cello, Viola, etc ) to an intermediate level
Desirable
- Previous experience in a Retail or Sales role
**Skills**:
- The ability to retain a variety of product concepts and technical information
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Excellent written communication
- Strong IT skills, full training will be given but you will be expected to operate a variety of different systems.
- The ability to undertake self-research online.

**Compensation and details of Employment**:
- Basic salary commensurate with skills and experience in the range of £12-13 per hour with performance bonuses
- Hours 22.5-25 Hours per week (3 or 4 days). Weekends not required but optional if preferred. Occasional Holiday Cover.
- 20 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays (pro rata) and additional “Birthday Bonus”
