Due to continued growth over the past 12 months an opportunity has arisen for a high-performing Sales Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.

**Description**:This role is primarily responsible for being first point of contact for all customers contacting Signs Express Oxford & Signs Express Abingdon & Didcot. This role will mainly manage smaller quotes directly using Clarity and direct larger projects/opportunities to the Director who will decide who manages these enquiries, on occasion the coordinator will also manage these if directed by the Director.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Direct all larger / project based enquiries to the Director to decide who responds
- Use Clarity to complete quotations for work in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customers are responded to/acknowledged within 2hrs.
- Quotation follow-ups focused on converting leads to order.
- Proactively request Google reviews from satisfied customers
- All activities to be logged on our CRM system.
- Order materials as required for orders.
- Customer care/follow-ups
- Tracking and reporting of progress based on KPI’s.
- Other Sales and marketing activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- 2 year+ experience working in a similar customer liaison/service role.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Good working understanding of Microsoft office.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated
- Good commercial awareness
- Good at Maths
- Flexible attitude and happy to work as required in the business.
- Experience using Clarity or similar software to accurately complete quote solutions - Desirable but not essential.
- Working knowledge of the print, signs and graphics industry - Desirable

**Key Measures / KPIs**:

- Acknowledge all customer enquiries within 2 hours.
- Process quotations in a timely manner
- Follow up all quotations within 72 hours.
- Secure a minimum of three 5 star google reviews per month.

**Salary Information**:
Hourly Rate £11.54 (Full Time Equivalent £24,000 per annum)
