Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Oxford for a Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating care services, managing cases, and ensuring effective communication between clients, care providers, and other stakeholders. Daily tasks will include scheduling and overseeing home care services, addressing customer service inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of care provided. The Care Coordinator will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of care.
