Our friendly team in Stratford-Upon-Avon are looking for a customer focused, helpful person who loves providing excellent service, to join them. Working in the heart of the community our team are key in understanding what’s important to our diverse range of customers and create a sense of belonging for everyone. Your main responsibilities will be talking to our customers, building relationships, completing their transactions accurately and handling their money safely. You’ll support a range of enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way. Being a team player is also important as you’ll want to help those around you.

Taking responsibility by finding solutions for our customers, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies will also be important. You’ll also support our greater customer service channels by helping with administration accurately and taking telephone calls when required.

As you increase in confidence and experience, you’ll work through our supportive accreditation scheme which helps you move through different levels of the role. This not only recognises your new skills but increases you salary at each point. We have a reputation for excellent customer service and we’d really like to meet people who care about customers as much as we do

You’ll already have some experience of dealing with customers and providing a good level of service but we can train you how to use our systems and all about our services.

Dealing with transactions in careful and accurate way is an important part of the role, so it would be helpful, but not essential if you already have some cash handling experience. You'll be talking to lots of different people so you'll like chatting and be confident talking to a diverse range of different people.

Our branches are friendly, caring so you'll like being part of a team and will have a positive and supportive approach.
