**The Role**

We are currently on the lookout for an Online Customer Service Assistant to join our dedicated online team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a career in the fashion industry - across a variety of area's with the e-commerce process and customer journey whilst growing with an exciting, fast-paced and developing company.

This is a varied role which should keep you constantly engaged. You'll be involved with key areas of the online business, across stock, customer service, and dispatch.

You'll also be involved in our stock process, from checking off deliveries to implementing stockroom plans, you’ll quickly learn about the product lifecycle and the importance of sticking to deadlines.

**The Ideal Person**
- Top class English language, writing & communication skills
- A charming telephone manner
- Experience and enthusiasm for generating phone sales
- Competence using Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to switch between disciplines and change focus based on business needs
- A love of fashion
- A genuine desire to help and interact with our customers
- A positive can-do attitude

We are looking to recruit either a part time or full time role, with occasional weekend work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: £8.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
