WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON- Outbound Calls: Actively reach out to potential and existing affiliates via phone calls to introduce our programme, answer questions, and build relationships.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse affiliate performance metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies to attract new partners and optimise the programme's effectiveness.

WHO YOU ARE
- Excellent Communication Skills: Impeccable phone communication skills are a must for this role. You'll be engaging with potential and existing affiliates regularly, providing support and building rapport.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Familiarity with CRM software would be a significant advantage.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: A basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and practices is essential. You should be able to grasp our affiliate programme structure and goals quickly.
- Call Centre Experience: Prior experience working in a call centre environment would be highly desirable. This will equip you with the skills to handle a high volume of calls and maintain professionalism.
