**Brand Affiliate Executive | Hybrid working out of our brand new office in Marylebone**

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding processes of new brand affiliates.
- Manage all affiliate relationships and communications.
- Manage all affiliate associated spreadsheets, ensuring data is consistently tracked and kept up to date.
- Including weekly/monthly reporting.
- Manage/create monthly content challenges and newsletters.
- Assist in ensuring all creator content aligns with brand guidelines and principles and all relevant briefs are shared with affiliates..
- Handle order processing for affiliates and brand requests.
- Develop and scale the brand affiliate programme.
- Involvement in brand new product and new markets launches.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in outreaching to creators.
- Basic proficiency in spreadsheet management and data analysis.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and contribute to KPIs and revenue targets.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva (or similar).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience in scaling an existing brand affiliate programme (desirable).
- Knowledge and understanding for the wellness industry.
- An ideas person who thinks outside the box.
- A self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up organisation.
- Willingness to dive in and learn something new.
- Ability to confidently voice thoughts and opinions to senior stakeholders.
