The Distribution Centre is at the heart of the business and it's from here we fulfil our web orders taken from the Sussex Uniform website and this is where you come in. We are looking for great new colleagues to join us on our journey as we continue to grow the business.

We are a seasonal business and our Summer months are extremely busy (June to September). 70% of our turnover comes from this period so it is a very important time for the business to get things right.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Processing customer web orders on the computer.
- Picking and packing web orders, ready to despatch to customers.
- Counting and barcoding stock.
- Delivery of stock and booking in stock.
- Picking and packing orders for distribution to our branch network.
- And any other tasks associated with the Distribution Centre.
- Drivers (25+ applicants have the opportunity to support with taking deliveries when required in the van).

- Willing to learn and can quickly pick up new systems and processes.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Be responsive to instructions and have good attention to detail.
- Mixes well in a team environment with a can-do attitude.

**What are my hours**:
Our typical working hours are:
8am TO 4.30pm Monday to Friday, but we operate winter hours for six months of the year and on Fridays you get to go home at 2.30pm, (October to March).

However, as mentioned before, we are completely open to talking to you about hours that fit in with your lifestyle offering contracts from 20 to 40 hours per week.
