- Delivering a first class customer service every time, you’ll welcome customers to the Trade Counter and understand what they need in order to fulfil their orders
- Keep standards high with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain product stock
- Responsible for the warehouse area, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and clear work area in line with our health and safety policies
- Pick, process & pack customer orders including booking collection information with delivery couriers
- You'll be fit and healthy, as some lifting is required (max. 25kg boxes)
- Clean driving license for occasional deliveries &/or collections locally in the company van
- Process supplier delivery notes through stock posting into stock software, dealing with any queries to point of closure
- Assisting with Purchasing materials when required
- Processing customer sales orders to invoice
- Uploading documents onto customer supply chain portals
- Opportunity to progress within the company

**Summary**

As a Sales Office and Warehouse Assistant, you will be integral to our operations, supporting both sales and inventory management. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include processing orders, managing stock levels, and assisting with customer enquiries. Your premium skills in organisation, communication, and problem-solving will enhance our team's efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, relevant skills in data entry, inventory tracking, and teamwork will be essential in maintaining a seamless workflow.
