Internal Communications Advisor

We are looking to recruit a trusted internal communication advisor for our client in the gaming industry. You will support the business by creating and delivering effective internal communications that positively impact our client’s employee experience.

In this position, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders within the business and be a key member of the Internal Communications team. You will bring your knowledge, expertise and passion to the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Internal Communications team on a wide range of internal communications projects and initiatives
- Source and create stories using a range of internal communications channels and formats to keep colleagues across the business engaged and informed in a timely and relevant manner
- Own our regular internal communications campaigns to ensure a consistent flow of news and updates through the Yammer community and Intranet
- Actively build great relationships with key stakeholders across the wider business
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of internal communications live events, such as Town Halls and conferences
- Be a creative thinker and offer new ideas to communicate to the business and do things differently

**Experience**
- Previous internal communications experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and present persuasive arguments to convince others
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly driven
- The ability to move at pace
- Be creative and not afraid to suggest new ideas and ways to do things differently
- Be flexible to take on additional projects on the business roadmap
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
