HR Advisor, International - Leading International Not for Profit Organisation - London with hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a well respected International Not for Profit organisation.

Reporting into the International HR Business Partner you will support the implementation of HR initiatives both in the UK and Internationally. Your key accountabilities will include:

Provide first line HR advice and support to managers and team members on HR policies and employment practices
- Taking the lead on ER issues including absence management and performance management
- Assisting the HR Business Partner with change management and consultation processes
- Acting as an Advisor to the business on international employment and global mobility issues
- Providing support to the onboarding, induction, and exit processes
- Supporting the annual salary review and bonus process
- Designing and implementing well being initiatives

You should be an HR Advisor/HR Generalist with experience of providing HR advice and guidance to managers. Your broad HR generalist skill set needs to include a good knowledge of employment law and an ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills are essential. Ideally you will have experience of supporting an international client base.
