There are four 7.5 hours per week posts available, each aligned to one of the following care groups:

- Staffordshire/Stoke on Trent Care Group
- Shropshire/Telford and Wrekin Care Group
- Children and Families Care Group
- Specialist Care Group

The team are currently working a split office/home-based arrangement, so you must be comfortable working remotely in addition to office based.

You will be able to operate as Deputy Freedom to Speak Up Guardian, reactively taking cases and proactively providing support and education on the speaking, listening, and following up agenda, working closely with internal and external partners and trust board to ensure concerns are dealt with fairly and efficiently, usually with in your allocated care group. You will also be responsible for the co-ordination of our growing number of Freedom to Speak Up Champions with the care group, track case progress and working closely with other teams in the organisation such as; HR teams, Health and wellbeing teams and clinical teams.
