Main duties and responsibilities
Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Management of Supplier relationships and performance against agreed Key preformation indicators
Developing a partnership approach
Responsible for Managing and set up of Procurement Documents and process within the E-tendering system.
Expertise within specialism underpinned by theory and practical experience.
Ongoing responsive Engagement with Internal Stakeholders
Market development
Ensure legal timelines are met.
Complete compliant Tender Documentation
Lead and support development and implementation of Supplier relationship Management
Coordinates and delivers a cost-effective compliant contracts to achieve financial targets
Advises users/budget holders on procurement policies and procedures
Supplier engagement with unfamiliar processes
Ongoing Contract Management and monitoring Support to buyer organisation
