**Role Purpose**:
Provide administrative support to the business. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to internal staff and customers.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records on databases.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Implement the requirements of the Company Management System(CMS), as applicable to the business operations.
- Keep up to date with current legislation and industry trends.

**Role Specific Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Follow strict regulations around Airside passes set up by DfT and CAA, specific to vehicles and personnel
- Maintains high quality document control and record keeping ,required for audits by Heathrow ID Centre, Heathrow GOL eQA and iQA..
- Support resilience training, planning, and booking with our internal and external trainees.
- Maintaining internal databases and training document control that is set according to GDPR and our TMM (Training Management Manual).
- Resource allocations and recording
- Stock orders, Equipment hire orders

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required**:

- Proven experience within an administration role.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- Competent in Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Desire for self-development and continuous self-improvement.
