An exciting role with a mixture of daily indoor and outside facilities and admin related tasks based at Morden Hall Park, whilst also supporting our portfolio sites of Rainham Hall, Sutton House and 575 Wandsworth Road.

The salary advertised is inclusive of £2,828 outer London weighting allowance.

What you'll be doing:As one of the Facilities Co-ordinators you will be based at Morden Hall Park but will also support, and on occasion travel to, our portfolio sites of Sutton House, Rainham Hall and 575 Wandsworth Road. You'll work alongside staff and volunteers to undertake a range of facilities and admin tasks and also arrange and supervise contractors when needed to complete both regular and emergency tasks. You'll need to be comfortable working both outdoors and inside with both hands-on tasks and inputting data into the Property System to ensure we keep our buildings and facilities safe and compliant and you will also champion minimising our portfolio carbon footprint.

The site is open 7 days a week so you'll need to be available to work weekends and Bank Holidays as required and you'll also be on the Duty Manager rota on a regular basis.

- Experience in a facilities role in a customer service environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use tools, equipment as required for the role
- Willingness to work alongside volunteers and is able to support volunteers to perform at their best
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
