Facilities Co-ordinator

We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to work for our client.
They are a property company that is different from the run of the mill. Their work makes a real difference in peoples lives.
If you can demonstrate experience of co-ordinating hard and soft FM services for a portfolio of properties then you could be perfect for our client and we'd love to see your CV.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring a portfolio of properties in maintained to the highest standard
- Ensuring maintenance tickets are completed on time and to standard
**Requirements**:
- Experience of coordinating hard and soft FM services for a portfolio of properties
- Additional experience of completing all necessary paperwork
- Further experience of monitoring and managing sub contractor performance
- A proven background in building maintenance or the Coordinating of same
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage your own diary
**The Package**:
- Basic salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
