The Stonebridge business was established in 2017. There are two companies within the group, Stonebridge Contracting - an outsourced service provider specialising in logístical and project management services to the construction and rail sectors and our umbrella company, Stonebridge Payment Solutions.

Stonebridge are looking to hire their first marketing professional within the business. Working directly with senior stakeholders, this is an amazing opportunity for somebody who is looking to own their own department, grow the function and build their career, firmly putting their stamp on the work produced.

Key duties:

- To create and produce content, source ideas, and write in-depth articles for social media and our website
- Assist with the planning and coordination of company events
- Assist in maintaining brand standards across the business
- Provide reporting and analysis of marketing activity
- Monitor and analyse market trends
- Campaign ownership and creation
- Ad hoc marketing admin duties
- Help with internal communication to ensure all company divisions are kept informed of marketing activities

Experience Required:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience
- Basic appreciation of core marketing techniques
- The creativity and confidence to introduce new ideas
- Some experience of digital marketing a plus
- Highly organised with ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work alone and as an integral part of a team
- Attention to detail critical
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Great spoken and written communication skills
- Canva use and experience

We are a hybrid working environment, currently based in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire. This role will consist of some days of working from home and others in the office when a collaborative approach is needed to the work.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
