Our client is a customer centric, financial services provider in the mortgage and savings space. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join its busy marketing department as a Marketing Executive.

**Key responsibilities for Marketing Executive**:

- To be the internal champion for our members - both Savings and Mortgages and develop a plan to actively increase their engagement.
- Develop relationships with key local organisations and charities to raise awareness in the local community, through supporting key local events and causes.
- Manage and execute Social Media Campaigns across the existing and new channels.
- Manage branded merchandise, promotional materials and leaflets by coordinating requirements, monitoring stock, placing orders and verifying receipt.
- Ensure the branch is fresh and prominently branded, with up to date information available to members.
- Support at local and national events to raise awareness of the brand.
- Manage and deliver the AGM process each year under the guidance of the company Secretary.
- Manage internal communication to staff through a bi-weekly staff newsletter.
- Actively engaging with other staff, members, the local community and brokers with the business brand.
- Supporting other members of the marketing, mortgage sales and savings departments where required to ensure that all Service Level Agreements are met.

**Experience/qualifications required for Marketing Executive**:

- Degree or post-grad qualification / A-Level equivalent in marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a marketing role ideally in a B2C role.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, SEO and Google Analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a can do attitude.
- Highly creative.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media management.
- The ability to use initiative to understand customer needs and establish marketing processes.
