Sales Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales administrator to join our market leading garment decoration print operations.
Established in 1985, TOT Shirts Limited has been at the forefront of providing garment decoration for leading music artists and live performance bands delivering some of the most iconic and striking images to the UK and international market.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the position of Sales Administrator will be primarily involved in supporting new business development, existing customer engagement and processing of sales orders through production processes and final shipment to customers.
Whilst you will be tasked with engaging existing customers you will be targeted to support new business development and client engagement to expand sales operations into new business within retail, consumer, web sales, including B2B and B2C and supported continued new business growth.
As a Sales administrator with previous experience in a sales environment of a busy and fast paced operation and as part of a sales team provided administrative support, a solution-based customer service approach for existing anew customers.
You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft and Apple packages and client related systems.
Sales Administrator
Grade: 3.1
Position/Role:
- Daily customer quotes for new and existing clients
- Customer engagement with new and existing customers
- Customer service liaison handling queries, returns and sample clothing/printing
- Telephone - reception answering, customer queries and enquiries
- Converting approved quotations into production runs working with multiple internal departments
- Stock ordering for customer needs and internal stock holding
- Account management for new and existing customers
Person specific
- Previous sales or customer service experience, engaging with new and existing customers.
- Ideally previous account management experience gained within a sales orientated environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills, taking responsibility to provide client orientated solutions
- Self sufficient, with an ability to interpret requests as part of a team and/or working in partnership with other departments.
- Problem solving approach to client requests and ensuring tight timeframes are achieved across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work closely with production, art and despatch departments
- Attention to detail and ensuring all enquiries are followed through to resolution.
