Job Introduction

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team based at a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.

You will be based in a beautiful office building with great views over Edinburgh
Based in the city center with great transport links.
We offer excellent training and development.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with shifts between 7am and 7pm.

Main Responsibilities

In this role you will be:

- Giving all visitors and employees a warm and genuine welcome and being the face of the office
- Assisting the office team with their return to office experience and desk bookings where required
- Supporting of meetings and events including AV support and set up of catering
- Working closely with the Supervisor on site on various exciting projects and tasks
- Assisting with all office related tasks including placing orders and restocking of consumables; ensuring that everything is in its place, and the office looks its best at all times

Has excellent communication skills on all levels
Has the ability to work independently
Works well under pressure and meeting deadlines
Has strong time management skills
Is proficient in Microsoft Office
Is passionate about helping and assisting others
Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
