Are you a comms and marketing whiz?

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Marketing Officer to join our client in East Edinburgh. This role is due to start ASAP, working Monday - Friday. This role is temporary covering sick cover and may have the potential to go permanent. The salaryfor this role is between £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on the level of experience.

This is a superb opportunity for a marketing and comms superstar to make their mark in a bustling and dynamic team. With the flexibility of working from home and office working, you will be supporting activity in the UK and Australia.

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Support the team in the UK and AU in the planning and coordination of various projects, campaigns and event
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing and comms team's activities.
- Assist with composing and posting online content on the website and social media accounts.
- Assist in the organisation of traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Manage and update the database in relation to any marketing and communication activities.
- Responsible for long-view document and other planning documents used by the marketing and comms team.
- Support meetings relevant to communications including scheduling, circulating papers and minute-taking.
- Compile and send out information and materials on behalf of the marketing and comms team.
- Monitor the Communications and Press mailboxes, responding to enquires and directing to the relevant member of the team.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports as and when required by the Partnerships Team for their B2B, Public Sector, Distributor and Wholesale customer pitched.
- Undertake various office and other general administrative tasks as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience working within a busy Marketing and Communications position
- Competent with Microsoft Office Packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Demonstrable skills in design, digital marketing
- Experience of creating content for a wide range of audiences and purposes, including writing copy.
- Impeccable communication and administration skills
- Hands on/can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Huge Team player
- Highly organised
