Due to company expansion, they are urgently recruiting for a **Customer Success Manager** to join their team in London. They have a fantastic company culture and they are looking for a dynamic, energetic and passionate individual who will add to their vibrant team. The **Customer Success Manager** job will involve managing enterprise level clients and also supervising a small team.

**Customer Success Manager**:

- main duties:

- Extensive account management and customer success duties
- Providing reports and in-depth analysis for clients
- Building up, fostering and developing long term relationships with a range of big brand, enterprise level clients
- Plan and develop brand and media plans
- Supervise, lead and develop a small Client Services team
- Interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders

**Customer Success Manager** - person spec:

- 2-4 year's+ client services, account management and/or customer success experience (gained at a media agency, affiliate network, digital agency or technology start-up)
- Adept at building client relationships and negotiating with enterprise level, high profile brands
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing/affiliate marketing and in-depth understanding of the e-commerce space
- Previous experience of supervising staff
- Comfortable with reporting and numbers
