An opportunity has arisen within our Nuclear and Power team for an Office Administrator to join the Nuclear Solutions division based in Sheffield.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who will provide support to the Sheffield team and assist with the day-to-day running of the Sheffield office.

**About the Team**:
The Sheffield team support a number of key nuclear programmes including the UK submarine programme, the existing nuclear generation fleet, decommissioning and high integrity structures for new nuclear establishments.

The office comprises of a team of approximately 90 staff across a range of disciplines and job roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- The position will include carrying out duties such as answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors, ordering office stationary, PPE and consumables, co-ordinating catering requests and booking training when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties shall include tasks such as management of local IT and associated software and hardware, updating of staff lists for those on secondment and supporting the leadership team with the upkeep of local SharePoint site and timesheet support for the office.
- Additional duties will include providing support to the House Manager when required including the updating of risk assessments and office procedures and liaising with corporate FM.

**Requirements**:
**_ Essential criteria:_**
- Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths.
- Experience of MS Office suite.
- Accurate record keeper, systems and process driven.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a busy, professional office environment.
- Vibrant and enthusiastic team player.
- Ability to work independent from instruction with a proactive approach.

**_ Desirable criteria:_**
- Previous office administrative experience.
