**HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator**

This is a fundamental role within HR and supports the department with a consistent, timely and professional administration service. Utilising a broad range of knowledge and skills and working flexibly to support a diverse range of HR activities.

This role also leads the recruitment and onboarding of our operational weekly paid employees. At times this will involve high volume recruitment of production and hygiene operatives across our 2 manufacturing sites in Milton Keynes & Bedford, and you willbe building the employer brand using various recruitment strategies.

You will be great at:

- Providing high quality administrative support by undertaking key aspects of transactional HR services, following the process maps, diarising procedural steps and action required activities.

You are:

- An experienced in HR administrator
- Experienced in supporting an end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of recruitment agencies and experience working with external recruiters
- Able to work with line managers and other internal stakeholders effectively
- Manufacturing or similar industry experience essential
- Bi/multilingual would be an advantage

You have:

- Knowledge of wider HR administration
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in ensuring the recruitment process is followed at all stages
- Experienced in utilising a variety of sourcing channels, with strong direct sourcing skills including job boards
- Highly organised and able to prioritise high workloads
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Successful track record in delivering a high volume of weekly paid recruitment
