Contract Co-ordinator

**About The Role**:
As a Contract Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for building relationships with both internal and external key contacts and stakeholders. You’ll be an escalation point for key customers, sales and service and will provide effective communication between customers and Arco teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and managing sales/service data through reports, ensuring they are accurate and providing insight to Internal Account Managers and customers.
- Being an effective escalation point for key customers in regard to complaints or service requirements
- Being a contact point for the service team for all back-office functions and non-standard service requirements
- Tracking customer service performance and replaying this information via regular review meetings
- Preventing service failure, by managing debt performance with key stakeholders

About you:
The ideal Contract Co-Ordinator will be/have:
- The ability to manage complex data and understand and interpret reports
- Excellent knowledge of customer processes, data and service
- Knowledge and experience with SAP and other IT Systems
- Comfortable dealing with complex corporate accounts
- Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to build working relationships across all levels.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
