**Job purpose**
If ABCA sounds like the right place for you, we would love you to join our team within the Service Department. Co-ordinate within all contracts, ensuring that all jobs are being done according to all different Clients.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Allocate jobs to correct technicians, according to the area and priority.
- Keep diary up to date and ensure the jobs are being completed and all reports from the technicians are being done as per the Client expectations.
- Great attention to detail, reporting any faults to the relevant teams and/or Clients.
- Learn the differences between contracts and ensure all jobs are being costed and recorded accordingly.
- Create daily and weekly reports, ensuring all information is correct.
- Maintain and update all schedules and all information on CASH.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Excellent admin skills and ability to use company CRM [CASH]
- Ability to co-ordinate and manage scheduled work within agreed timescales and understand Service Level Agreements
- Good Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships
- Previous experience in an admin role would be advantageous
- Good Geographical Knowledge would be advantageous

**Other Information**
This is a permanent role, based in Newcastle.
The annual holiday entitlement is 23 day’s holiday excluding bank holidays, pro rata for the duration of the contract
The rate of pay we are offering is between £12 - £13.50 per hour, depending upon skills and experience, based on a 40 hour working week.
