Due to our clients continued growth, they are currently looking for a Professional Services Co-ordinator to join their busy team
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their account management skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter. Our clients that you will be working with are established industry leadersin telematics, insurance and fleet transport and therefore the role requires you to take ownership and deliver excellent customer service.

They work with some ofthe biggest multi-national organisations, major equipment manufacturers and leading network providers across the whole of the UK.
**Location**:Either remote working or office based will be considered - if remote working is agreed, ideally the initial training will take place in the office in Wallington SM6 7AH
**Salary**:Competitive starting salary of £23k
**Professional Services Co-ordinator Role**:

**Professional Services Co-ordinator Duties**:
- Working closely with our clients, their customers as well as our national team of engineers, a key activity will be scheduling installation and service work for a wide range of vehicles around the UK.
- We are often required to manage stock and ensure that the correct equipment is on site when our engineer arrives. This will involve close liaison with our warehouse and appropriate product training will be provided.
They aim to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times and it is important that you look to develop close working relationships with your various points of contact whilst maintaining a close eye on KPI’s
**Professional Services Co-ordinator Requirements**:
**Essential Skills**
- Proven experience within a customer service role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Passionate in customer service
- Ability to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and build successful working relationships
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- IT Literate
- Desired Skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Previous experience or technical knowledge of the Commercial Fleet and/or telematics industry would be extremely beneficial
- Previous experience in a call centre
- The role requires a confident telephone manner, strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under what can be a high-pressure environment during busy periods.
