Care and Administration Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an efficient and organised Care Coordinator to join our care company.
Our vacancy for a Care Coordinator is to support the delivery of the highest quality care services by supporting care workers and be the main point of contact for service users and external organisations.
Due to internal travel and the field based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.

Typical Duties:
- Conduct service user’s reviews and risk assessments
- Spot checks and supervisions of community based staff
- Liaise as necessary with partner professionals and organisations (e.g. social workers, local councils, GPS, nurses) in respect of developing and delivering holistic, person-centred packages of care
- Carry out on-call coordinating and duties outside normal office hours (1 in 3 rota) additional payments out with salary
- General administration duties
- Field based shifts (if required)
- Must have a drivers licence and access to own car
Person Specification:
- Experience of delivering and managing care support services.
- Understanding of principles of good care.
- Able to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Flexible; willing and able to work outside normal hours wen requested.
This is a full time permanent position, with a fantastic company who promote within and encourage their staff to reach their full potential. Continuous training and support will be provided.
