**Payroll Administrator**

**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,000 (FTE)

Hours: Part-time or Full-time

Department: Payroll

Reporting to: Finance Manager

**Care Visions** is a Scottish-owned Fostering Service and largest independent provider of Residential Childcare Services for children and young people who have complex needs.

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality work? We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Falkirk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in finance or payroll to play a key role in ensuring our staff are paid accurately and on time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Check timesheets and process monthly payrolls accurately and on schedule
- Liaise with our external payroll provider and HR department
- Complete payroll reconciliations and respond to payroll-related queries
- Support sales and purchase ledger tasks as needed
- Participate in other projects as required
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Uphold and promote our values: Compassion, Integrity, Respect, and Safety

**About You**

Essential:

- Experience in a finance or payroll role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial systems (Sage)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Good time management
- Appreciation for confidentiality
- Team and customer service focused
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Willingness to undertake training and a flexible approach to tasks

**Desirable**:

- Finance-related school or college qualifications
- Experience within the social care sector
