Here at MPAAS we support both Domestic and Commercial UK energy suppliers to deliver an End-to-End smart meter solution. We have teams both in office and out in the field providing engineer and customer service support via our industry expertise.
Due to further expansion, we are now looking to add 6 Customer Service Advisors to our back office team.
The principle purpose of this role is to ensure the full capacity and potential of our field based engineers is achieved in terms of planned and unplanned activity. The role will oversee all field activity and proactively monitor its progress, effectively maintain and update static data, appointment availability and ensure that non availability for all engineers is minimised
Some other tasks will include:
- Inbound/outbound calls
- Utilisation reporting on our field teams
- Quality checking
- Supporting our offshore teams
- Resource planning
**Experience & Skills Required**:
- Telephone based Customer Service experience
- Use of Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel) preferred
- Working both independently & as part of a team
- Industry or similar Customer Service Advisor experience would be helpful but not essential as training will be provided.
**Salary & Benefits**
- £19,000 to £21,000
- Relaxed working environment, no need to be in office attire.
- 20 Days holiday + 8 days bank holiday (extra day for each year of service)

- Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
This role will give you excellent progression opportunities, with the potential to move beyond Customer Service based role into a more senior or managerial roles as we continue to expand.
