I am currently sourcing an experienced Customer Service Advisor for a health care logistics company that is looking to expand their customer support team. You will be joining a dedicated and committed department assisting in customer queries and order processes.
**Job Specification**:
- Maintain calm and professional whilst liaising with clients and customers, keeping them updated throughout queries and managing expectations accordingly.
- Acting fully accountable for updating Clients on query status and further progression.
- Personally log all Complaints in line with the correct procedure, forwarding them over to relevant individuals and departments.
- Liaise with the Warehouse & Transport teams and identify preventative and correct action to any issues or failures that may arise.
- Support the Team Leader and Internal Key Account Manager, providing information when required.
- Proactively manage all open Incidents ensuring that they are dealt with promptly and in line with company SLA's.

- Maintain organised administration and filing, whilst meeting targeted KPI's.
- When required attend internal and external Customer conference calls/meetings to discuss Customer Service issues.
- Identify and escalate any potential financial loss issue within the business.

**Person Specification**:
- Previous B2B Customer Service experience preferred.
- Able to work effectively as a team or individually
- Excellent communication skills; Written and verbal.
- Must have a professional telephone manner and proven experience working on phones.
- Competent with all Microsoft Office functions with accuracy in data entry.
- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail.
