**Overview**:
Russell Taylor Group has an opportunity for a temporary **Customer Service Administrator** to join a growing team within an exciting scientific manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administrationcareer within a fast-paced office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to deal with customer enquiries which will involve thorough investigation into the customer orders
- Process customer orders ensuring the information is correct
- Accurately input data into various computer systems
- Deal with internal and external enquiries
- Providing general admin support to the team as and when required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience within an administrative position
- Able to work in a busy office environment where no two days are the same
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Critical attention to detail
- Confident, punctual and well organised, can work independently
- Motivated, methodical and a great team player
- Must be proficient in using MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS)
- Working knowledge of Sage 200
- Able to commute to Birkenhead where the office is based
