Activities Assistant

The Vicarage Residential Care Home is registered for 30 residents and we are Dementia friendly.

We are currently looking for an activity assistant to join our home to provide residents with person centred activities.

Your main responsibilities will include
- Creating and implementing a consistent and inclusive programme of activities linked to resident's interests as well as their emotional and physical well being.
- Carry out assessments of individual likes, dislikes, interests and skills and risk assessments of activities.
- Work with internal and external professionals to engage residents in meaningful activities.
- Using an online care planning system to document any activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £10.42 per hour
