This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent garage as a Workshop Controller. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of both the Workshop Technicians & office based administrative staff, you will play an integral role in the smooth running of our busy & challenging schedule of work. You will oversee a range of complex diagnostic & repair jobs, in addition to a daily schedule of routine servicing & MOT work. You will liase between the workshop & office to ensure maximum efficiency, the highest quality of work & the best possible customer experience.

Ideally you will have previous Workshop Controller experience, however we would also welcome applicants with a strong Senion/Master Tech background who are looking to move into a more managerial, semi office-based role. You will be self-motivated, driven, have exceptional communication skills & have outstanding attention to detail.
