The SEL ICS People Function has been established to bring health and care partners together to deliver the ‘one workforce’ ambition, making our system a better place to work and live.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of People and Culture to join our People Function, hosted by Guys and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust.

In this role you will be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and programme management of the embedding a culture of inclusion, compassionate leadership and health and wellbeing. You will need to be passionate about the Staff Health & Wellbeing and Equality Diversity & Inclusion agendas, have a deep understanding of the challenges facing our staff and hold a proven track record of working collaboratively to generate new dialogue and broaden engagement.

This role will be part of the SEL ICS People Function the post holder will report into the People Function Director.

**On a day-to-day basis, the post holder will**:

- Lead and deliver a portfolio of work linked embedding a culture of inclusion, compassionate leadership and wellbeing
- Manage the work programme of the Staff Health & Wellbeing Committee
- Manage the work programme of the Equality Diversity & Inclusion Committee
- Delegate and manage the work of a Workforce Transformation and Workforce Project manager (shared post)
- Manage the project budget

This post is part of the SEL ICS Workforce Programme hosted by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and as such the post holder will be an employee of GSTT and expected to adhere to the Trust values and standards.
