What we expect from you

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic team member, with a passion for hospitality, to join our busy department.

As the first and last person our guests interact with, you will be there to offer a warm welcome and a fond farewell, leaving them wanting to come back for more

You will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a wide demographic, understanding the importance of tailoring each interaction to the individual.

As a team player you will liaise with other departments in order to manage guests requests promptly and be willing to jump in and help other departments when needed.

The Boss

Nikki our Head Receptionist is the hub or everything at MB. Guests love her, staff love her, and she will be the first in the team to help support and show you what you need to do. Nikki loves a pub quiz, gardening.

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
